Three Years. One Blend. Countless Connections.
Three years ago, we got the keys to our space at The Grainstores and set out to build something of our own.
Since then, we’ve grown a roastery, launched our Brew Lab and Coffee School, opened our doors through Shutters Up, and built relationships with customers, producers and wholesale partners who have all played a part in shaping our journey.
To celebrate this milestone, we wanted to create something truly special.
Our Year Three Anniversary Blend brings together two exceptional coffees: a natural Peruvian Gesha and a washed Colombian Gesha. Gesha is one of the most sought-after coffee varieties in the world, prized for its elegance, complexity and distinctive character. Blending two Geshas from different origins allowed us to create a coffee that feels fitting for this moment — vibrant, expressive and greater than the sum of its parts.
In the cup, expect crisp red apple, creamy marzipan and juicy strawberry sweetness.
This coffee is a celebration of where we’ve come from, the people who’ve supported us along the way, and the exciting road still ahead.
