Delivery and Returns Policy
We ship online orders on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday via a 2-day courier service. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch. On the rare occasion your package is delayed please notify us by email to [email protected]
We ship to countries within the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.
We do not charge VAT on orders to shipping addresses within these countries and so the price you see at checkout may be lower than on the product page.
You may be liable to pay local taxes when your order is delivered.
We have stringent quality control protocols, and orders are dispatched on a roast-to-ship basis. With this in mind, we don’t exchange or accept returns on coffee. If you find an issue with the quality of our coffee, please get in touch with [email protected]
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect item, firstly, we are deeply sorry. Secondly, please pop us an email within 15 days of receipt to [email protected] so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Should you want to return or exchange any equipment, books or merchandise due to a change of heart, we’re happy to oblige. All we’d ask is that the goods are returned to us unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
Our roastery “The Grainstores” is a full-time production operation. As such we are unable to accommodate unscheduled public visits outside of our published collection times.
