Our Brew Lab is a hub for learning, sharing, and enjoying all things coffee.
We offer a wide range of courses and experiences to cater to every type of coffee enthusiast, whether you’re:

Raising standards
Our vision of the Doe & Fawn Coffee School was simple. To bring the teaching standards typical of London, Berlin, Prague and other thriving speciality coffee scenes to the home counties.
Purpose built
Our Brew Lab was designed and built specifically to cater for this. Our lineup of equipment includes three state of the art Vicotria Arduino espresso machines, paired with grinders engineered by industry leaders, Mahlkonig.
