Building on our foundation course to build skills and confidence in new techniques.
This course will enable staff to provide a premium service and present your coffee at its best.
Barista Intermediate is ideal for a barista with some experience and are looking to hone their skillset.
This course will focus on the more advanced aspects of coffee making such as how to manipulate espresso recipes and pouring better latte art.

As we offer this as free service we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice. Please also note there is a £60 fee for no shows.

Alex brings many years of specialty coffee experience to the table. One of the most talented young baristas in the, he moved to Doe & Fawn coffee roasters early 2024, to train as a coffee roaster and lead our coffee school.
