At Doe & Fawn, we believe every cup of coffee should leave a positive mark on your day, not the planet. That’s why we don’t include gift wrap as standard, reducing unnecessary waste and keeping our packaging as eco-friendly as possible.
But we know some moments call for a little extra magic. That’s why we offer an optional Gift Box, perfect for when your coffee purchase is a gift or a special treat. For just £4, we’ll pop your coffee order in beautiful, magnetically sealed box sporting our monogram logo, adding a touch of elegance without compromising our commitment to the environment.
We ship online orders on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday via a 2-day courier service. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Coffee Purchases. We have stringent quality control protocols, and orders are dispatched on a roast-to-ship basis. With this in mind, we don’t exchange or accept returns on coffee. If you find an issue with the quality of our coffee, please get in touch with [email protected]
Should you want to return or exchange any equipment, books or merchandise due to a change of heart, we’re happy to oblige. All we’d ask is that the goods are returned to us unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
