But the magic comes from the remaining 50%. 30% of citrus forward washed Colombia and 20% of our limited single origin from Wilton Benitez, processed using his signature thermal shock method. This small but powerful addition brings a bright, fruit-led sparkle to the cup — notes of candied berries, mulled citrus, and a gentle, honeyed acidity that lifts the entire blend.
