Grown by the Guerrero family in the small community of El Palto, Peru, Hermanos Guerreros is the result of three generations of dedication to producing exceptional coffee. Working across individual two-hectare plots, the family combines traditional farming with meticulous processing, sharing centralised facilities to craft coffees of remarkable consistency and quality.
This naturally processed lot is made from a blend of Geisha and Catuai, grown at 1,800 metres above sea level. By allowing the cherries to dry whole, the natural process enhances their inherent sweetness and fruit character, creating a vibrant, complex cup that is both elegant and approachable.
Expect a coffee full of juicy red fruits, bright marmalade-like sweetness and a smooth, velvety fudge finish. It’s a beautifully balanced coffee that rewards both filter brewing and lighter espresso, offering clarity, sweetness and depth in every cup.
Sourced in partnership with Falcon Coffee’s Specialty Plus programme, this is a fantastic example of the quality emerging from Peru’s smallholder producers.
