Produced by Oscar Hernández at Finca Los Nogales in Huila, Colombia, this washed Typica is a wonderful example of what happens when exceptional farming meets meticulous processing. Every stage, from hand-picking ripe cherries to carefully controlled fermentation and slow drying, is designed to showcase the coffee’s natural character.
The result is an elegant, expressive cup with notes of guava, orange and peach, a silky body and a bright, juicy finish. Delicate yet full of flavour, it’s a coffee that rewards taking your time and appreciating every sip.
