Coffee Purchases. We have stringent quality control protocols, and orders are dispatched on a roast-to-ship basis. With this in mind, we don’t exchange or accept returns on coffee. If you find an issue with the quality of our coffee, please get in touch with hello@doeandfawncoffee.co.uk

Should you want to return or exchange any equipment, books or merchandise due to a change of heart, we’re happy to oblige. All we’d ask is that the goods are returned to us unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at hello@doeandfawncoffee.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.
