Handpicked by Bukonzo smallholders in Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains, this natural lot delivers lively pomegranate brightness, crisp apple sweetness, and a refined sugared-almond finish — a cup that’s as vibrant as its highland origin.
The Producers
This lot comes from smallholder farmers of the Bukonzo tribe, who cultivate coffee on the steep slopes of Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains, often at altitudes exceeding 1,800 meters. Each farmer carefully handpicks ripe cherries before delivering them to Agri Evolve’s processing station, where they are sorted, naturally sun-dried, and prepared for export. Agri Evolve works closely with these producers, offering agronomy training, fair and transparent pricing, and access to sustainable farming resources, helping over 2,000 smallholders improve both coffee quality and livelihoods.
