Key Lime | Red Apple | Dark Honey
Bright, Complex & Beautifully Layered.
From the remote hills of Butanyerera, Burundi, Giku Hill is a beautifully expressive coffee bursting with sparkling key lime acidity, crisp red apple and a rich, lingering dark honey sweetness.
Grown at 1,700 metres above sea level, this fully washed Red Bourbon is processed at Ninga Washing Station, established in 2019 to give local farmers easier access to fair and reliable coffee processing.
In 2025, 742 smallholder farmers delivered their harvest to Ninga, overcoming the challenges of this remote landscape to produce something truly special.
We’ve roasted Giku Hill for espresso, bringing together its vibrant fruit character, rounded body and deep sweetness for a beautifully balanced and satisfying cup.
