Crafted from our standout Yunnan coffee Red Dragon, this is a liqueur built around clarity, balance, and origin.
Created in collaboration with Luke at Three Counties Spirits, this small-batch release brings together specialty coffee roasting and distillation — combining our carefully selected Yunnan coffee with handcrafted white rum to produce something clean, expressive, and genuinely different.
In the glass, expect delicate fruit, bright citrus and soft florals, with a natural sweetness that carries through to a smooth, refined finish.
Grown in the high mountains of China, Yunnan coffee is known for its clarity and aromatic profile — something we’ve worked to preserve at every stage, from roasting through to distillation.
