All you need to know about coffee school
All courses take place at our purpose built training rooms within the Doe and Fawn roastery. We are ocated on the outskirts of Milton Keynes in easy reach of the M1.
Where does the course take place?
Within our brand new, premier Brew Lab located within our roastery, The Grainstores. Unit 3, Crab Tree Farm, Aspley Guise. MK17 8AP
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts when booking in numbers and additional discounts for repeat customers. We also offer 20% discount on any coffee purchase made on the day of your course from our roastery shop.
How many attendees can you accommodate?
Our capacity starts at 6 (barista courses) but we can accommodate up to 12 people on our roastery tours and cuppings.
Do you offer bespoke events such as team building?
Yes, we can tailor something fun specifically for you and your friends, family or work colleagues. Drop us an email at [email protected]
What’s your cancellation policy?
14 or more days notice we can offer you a full refund or an alternative date to rebook. 7 to 13 days notice, we can offer you a 50% refund or an alternative date to rebook. Under 7 days, we do not offer a refund, and cannot guarantee and alternative date.
Is lunch included?
We will of course offer refreshments at no additional cost but do ask attendees bring a packed lunch. We have no food options on, or close to the roastery.
Will I have access to the rest of the roastery?
We will show all attendees around briefly before the course starts but we ask that attendees do not wonder into our production space unattended.
Is there a car park?
Yes, we have plenty of space at the rear of the roastery.
What’s the nearest train station?
Milton Keynes is located approximately 7 miles away.
What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course you have already booked we will of course offer you a full refund or the option to rebook.
