Our limited edition coffees are, quite simply, something truly special and often hard to come by. Our second edition is a world renowned Geisha from Peru.

What is Geisha?

Geisha, is prized for its exceptional and complex flavour profile, featuring floral and fruity notes, originating from its unique genetic lineage from Ethiopia. Its rarity and limited production contribute to its exclusivity and higher prices, while its recognition through numerous international awards solidifies its status as a premium coffee. The unique combination of these factors makes Geisha coffee a highly sought-after.

Who is Eli Espinoza?

Eli Espinoza is a dedicated coffee farmer in Las Pirias, Chirinos, Peru, managing 4 hectares at 1,800 to 2,000 meters above sea level. Starting as a coffee picker, he eventually acquired his own land, cultivating Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, and Geisha varieties. Eli meticulously processes his coffee at home, using a washing, floating, and controlled drying method. Despite challenges faced by small farmers in the region, Eli’s commitment to quality and direct engagement with buyers helps him achieve higher premiums and improve his coffee production.
