This is a natural processed Ethiopian coffee from Sidamo, grown by Bekele, a third-generation farmer who has spent over a decade cultivating coffee on land passed down through his family. Alongside coffee, Bekele grows bananas, false bananas and avocados—supporting day-to-day life on the farm—while coffee remains the primary source of income for his household.
Produced using local landrace varietals, this lot reflects both tradition and consistency, with a profile that leans into sweetness and structure. Expect notes of blackberry and brown sugar, carried by a soft, rounded body and a gentle fruit character that makes it an easy, reliable cup.
Naturally processed and dried with care, the coffee is handled in GrainPro-lined jute bags to preserve quality through transport and storage. The result is a clean, expressive Ethiopian coffee that speaks to both its origin and the people behind it.
A coffee rooted in heritage, grown with care and roasted with intention.
Notes of Apricot, Papaya and cane sugar.
