The Producer
Fazenda Pinhal is a family-run farm nestled in the heart of São João da Boa Vista, part of Brazil’s renowned Mogiana region. With a focus on sustainability and careful cultivation, it produces coffees that reflect both place and patience. We had the privilege of meeting producer Pedro Gabrra in person — a warm, thoughtful grower whose passion for his land and craft resonated deeply with us. This is the beginning of what we hope will be a long and meaningful relationship.
The Coffee
The coffees from Fazenda Pinhal are defined by clarity, structure, and balance. Grown across gently sloping terrain at altitudes of up to 1,200 metres, the farm cultivates a mix of traditional Brazilian varieties, processed with care to bring out richness and depth. The result is a cup that feels generous and composed — with a syrupy body, gentle acidity, and layered sweetness that speaks to the farm’s meticulous approach.
