Grown by first-generation producer Alberto Martinez on his five-hectare farm in Algeciras, Huila, Colombia, La Parada is a vibrant, high-altitude microlot that showcases just how exciting Colombian coffee can be.

This Pacamara has been processed using an anaerobic natural fermentation, creating a cup that’s bold, expressive and full of character. Expect an unforgettable combination of passionfruit, candy cherry and dark chocolate, with a rich, syrupy body and plenty of sweetness.

Sourced through Cuatro Vientos, a family-run exporter dedicated to showcasing exceptional microlots from across Huila, this is a coffee for those who enjoy adventurous, fruit-forward flavours that continue to evolve as the cup cools.
