Grown in Colombia’s Cauca region, this washed lot showcases clarity and warmth in equal measure. Juicy tangerine brightness lifts the cup, followed by rounded honey sweetness and a gentle thread of soft cocoa that brings balance and a clean, composed finish.
About the producers
End Wuchii comes from smallholder growers in the high plateau region of Cauca, known as the “Tabletop of Cauca.” Produced by members of the Caficauca cooperative (est. 1961), this lot blends coffees from around 85 farms across Piendamó, Cajibío and Morales.
Cherries are fully washed, fermented for 16–19 hours, and slowly dried in parabolic solar dryers for around 10 days. Expect clarity, structure and the bright elegance typical of high-elevation Cauca.
