The ancestral lands and lovingly-curated farms in North West Venezuela, south of Lake Maracaibo, produce a chocolate full of caramel and fruity hints from “Sur de Lago.” Venezuela was the first country in the world where the seeds that resulted in “superfine cocoa” were grown.
Two varieties of bean, criollo and trinitario, make up this chocolate with 58% cocoa. The beans are sourced from the region of “Sur de Lago” in North West Venezuela by Lake Maracaibo with its perfect climate surrounded by tall shade trees – if you’ve missed travelling, let our Venezuelan hot chocolate whisk you away.
