Guest Coffee
Our Guest Roaster series is a chance to share some of the most exciting specialty coffee being roasted beyond our own doors.
First up is Alexandru from Sip Collective, 2026 UK Coffee Roasting Champion and 8th in the World Coffee Roasting Championship. His approach is all about carefully sourced, seasonal coffees, roasted in small batches with a focus on clarity, sweetness and letting each coffee speak for itself.
We’ll be rotating our guest roasters and coffees regularly, bringing in only small batches at a time. So if something catches your eye, don’t hang around — once a coffee is gone, something new will take its place.
